'Camera is not responding' often appears when your camera cache or your phone doesn`t have enough memory to run the application. See to it that there are also no background applications running in the background and that you have enough free space either in your phone or in your SD card. Go to Settings and swipe left to the Applications menu. Click on PicturesCamera and scroll down until you see the Reset Camera option.
